RETURN POLICY
To maintain integrity of our formulations and hygiene standards, we do not accept return on any used, opened , or trialed products.
However we offer free replacements in the rare event of:
- Product damaged in transit.
- Wrong item received.
Replacement Instructions:
- Contact our customer service team at care@ruellebeauty.com to initiate the replacement process within 48 hours of delivery.
- A short description of the issue including your order no. along with clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Our client care team will review and respond within 24-48 hours. If your claim is approved, we will offer an resolution to replace the product.
- Once we receive the returned item, we'll ship out the replacement.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer exchanges for shades or products once delivered. We recommend reviewing our detailed shade guides and descriptions before purchase.
